1. Registration and Eligibility:
1.1 You must be a legal parent or guardian to register a child for homeschooling classes on this Website.
1.2 By registering a child, you confirm that you have the legal authority to make decisions regarding the child's education.
1.3 You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

2. Class Availability and Enrollment:
2.1 Enrolling in homeschooling classes is subject to class availability.
2.2 We reserve the right to accept or decline registrations at our discretion.
2.3 Enrolled students are expected to adhere to the class schedules and curriculum outlined for each course.

3. Fees and Payments:
3.1 Tuition fees for homeschooling classes are outlined on the Website.
3.2 Payment is required to secure a student's enrollment in a class.
3.3 All fees are non-refundable, except as outlined in our refund policy.

4. Refund Policy:
4.1 Refunds will be provided when children are removed from classes after payment but before the start of the semester or if a class is cancelled before the start of the semester. Refunds for classes after semester start will be at the discretion of the teacher and TLC Coordinator.
4.2 Requests for refunds must be submitted to the TLC Coordinator.

5. Privacy and Data Collection:
5.1 We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.2 By using the Website, you consent to the collection and use of personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property:
